Thai Waterside: A Hidden Gem for Authentic Thai Cuisine in Mukilteo

Had come to enjoy the sunset at Mukilteo park and was hungry and decided to give this thai spot a try. It's in a residential neighborhood with minimal parking. The restaurant is a single family home converted to a restaurant. There's a nice lawn and the house is nicely decorated outside env inside. I was the only one there and decided to dine in. Food came in quick after ordering. 5/5 chicken panang curry 5/5 vegan pad kee mao Both dishes were great and flavorful. Panang curry was sweet and spicy balancing it well. Note: rice needs to be bought separately. Lot of options in the menu, definitely worth coming multiple times to try out.

Delicious local and signature takes of Thai staples. Of course there were several dairy free and gluten free options. We had fruit fresh rolls that were impressively balanced in flavor as well as crispy fresh veggies.

I finally got to try the food here, and have been back 3 times since. There is a restaurant in another part of the country that I hold dear and judge all Thai food against. Well, now THIS will be that place. When I first walked in, I had the biggest smile because of the feeling this restaurant gives you. The food, kept the smile on my face. Incredible. Fresh, bright flavors in all the dishes I have tried. This restaurant has a big menu, bug they don’t spread themselves thin like some places do when the menu grows. Some of the classic dishes have a small twist on the recipe that puts it over the top! I have been when it’s busy and when it’s not, and never had to wait long. Honestly, I wouldn’t care if I did. I’ll be back, again…and again…

Cute little restaurant, wonderful service, and super tasty food. The pot stickers were nice and crispy, the tofu satay perfectly fried, and the curries were very flavorful. I had the avocado seafood curry and it was amazing. Would definitely visit again in the future!

Wow!! This is the BEST Thai restaurant I have ever been to!! My partner and I are always on the search for local restaurants that are amazing. This is definitely our number 1!! The outside atmosphere is very cute and comfortable - great for a group of friends or family to get together. There’s fun music playing in the background and cute comfy seating areas. The service was prompt and the server was super kind! My partner and I both ordered chicken pad thai (4 star) and it was phenomenal. The best I have ever had on the planet!! Tasted super authentic and was still very spicy. We also got a thai tea and a singha beer. The thai tea was amazing!! So much flavor, and also the best I’ve ever had. My partner said the beer was super unique and worth a try. We would recommend this place, 10/10, and will be coming back when we visit.

Can't imagine we can find high quality and authentic Thai in a cozy, lovely cottage. We came here twice and all their food keeps the standard. There's only one chef and one serving staff, but food comes out quick n hot. They will also serve tables at the front yard in summer. We like their creative match of seabass with avocado & green curry so much, the sauce enhanced the favour of fish. They provide good quantities of veggie in most dish. This make us feel "less guilty" after big meal.
